the staff were super nice n made check-in really easy. breakfast was decent, had a good variety n was well cooked. the bed was amazinly comfy, slept like a baby! room was clean enough n had all the basics. wifi worked great too, not much to complain about there.
but its hella noisy, couldn't get much sleep with all the commotion outside, n the bathroom was kinda weird and smelly.

Comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep.
The dim lighting made the room feel smaller and less welcoming.

The street lighting needs improvement for safety!!! The lift situation could be a hassle on higher floors, especially if you're loaded with luggage!!!

easy access to parks and vibrant city life
During my recent 2-night stay, I loved how close I was to Leeds Art Gallery and the beautiful Millennium Square, making my weekend city strolls all the more enjoyable. the staff also went above and beyond to place me on the top floor for some much-needed quiet away from the groups, which I really appreciated.

I had a cozy stay with friendly staff who made my check-in a breeze. The double room was clean and had a nice amount of natural light, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to fuel up for the day. the noise from the busy street outside did make it a bit hard to sleep.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We explored the city and visited the art gallery and local shops. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads up, it's about a 15-minute walk to the city center, so plan accordingly.
We had a bit of an awkward moment returning late one night when we had to queue to get back into our room due to some security checks. It felt a bit strange.

The steaks at nearby TGI Fridays were succulent, and I had a belter of a time down at The Fox and Newt for a proper pub experience. The staff at Ibis were friendly, and the beds surprisingly comfy for a bargain price.
Only downside was a slight whiff from the sink and a TV that was hanging awkwardly. The bedroom got a bit too hot with no working air conditioning and a noisy street outside.
